Unlimited access via telephone helpline for on-going advice relative to health and safety management.  Queries are addressed within 24 hours if they cannot be answered immediately by telephone.

 

In addition, an agreed number of days are spent at the client’s site addressing the following issues as appropriate:

 

• Review on-going developments that may have H&S implications

• Provide advice and offer assistance relative to H&S inspection outcomes

• Provide advice to ensure the client remains current with emerging H&S requirements

• To assist with risk assessments as appropriate

• To participate in or provide advice relative to consultation issues

• To undertake inspections for unsafe acts and conditions, and/or audits, as requested by the client

• To address any other H&S issues raised by the client and offer a considered opinion based on current guidance and regulatory requirements
